Sara is the founder and chief executive of March International, she specialises in search within the international / emerging re/insurance markets. Sara has been operating in the search industry since 2005 and during that time she has been significantly focussed upon assignments within the global re/insurance markets; this has resulted in a career of leadership hires across a number of geographies including; UK, Continental Europe, and the Middle East. Building the management and underwriting teams of multi-national re/insurance carriers starting up in the emerging markets with the talent of the London and European markets has underpinned Sara’s knowledge and experience of expatriate search. Sara’s early career began in the re/insurance industry, within human resources, co-leading the in-house non-US/international executive search unit of a large corporate insurer in London.

Sara read Politics and graduated with honours from the University of Nottingham.

Languages: English is her first and Arabic is her second.

Interests: Travel, ancient philosophy, and Asian food. Sara is a mum to two spirited young girls.

Sara’s early career began in the insurance industry, within human resources,co-leading the in-house executive search unit of Zurich Global Corporate UK, London.

March International’s Middle East operation was launched in 2013, the Dubai office has been established to better serve the GCC wholesale market providing access to local and international executive search expertise. March International’s post-Brexit hub is presently being established in Munich and offers clients in-depth expertise of Continental European re/insurance talent.
